“Mother Earth-Save It or Lose It-The Choice is Ours”

(Are we destroying mother earth? Can we save what we have already destroyed? These are The Questions we should be asking our self’s.)

We spend every day waking up and worrying about how much money we can make, or what we can buy next. When in reality we should be thinking about what we are doing each and every day to the earth.

We as people throw away tons of garbage every day without even thinking about what we are doing. 50% or more of the world does not even think about recycling. Were if everyone were to recycle we could slow down ½ if not more of the overflow of trash in our landfills.

We get into our car’s every day and drive to our work, appointments, shopping, and school. Yet the only thing we think about is the cost of fossil fuel. Have we as people of this earth ever stopped to relies that fossil fuel is going to run out one day.

If we do not stop and start thinking about what tomorrow will bring there will be no tomorrow. We are destroying this planet, not the governments, we (as in all of us) are destroying Mother Earth, but we can also save the planet. There are so many ways we as people of this planet can save it.

Do you live in an apartment or condo building and feel there is nothing you can do? Then you are wrong; there is recycling, building, and/or having window box’s put in, this way you can plant flowers. There are a lot of products on the market now days that enable you to have small herb or vegetable gardens in your home. You can also confound the land lord and/or owner to put up solar panels.

Do you rent a house with a small or big yard a figure there is nothing you can do because you are renting? Then you are wrong; it only takes a small area to build a vegetable garden, you can also plant flowers around the property. You can get permission from the land lord and/or owner to put up movable solar panel. Yes that is right, just because you rent does not mean you cannot have solar panels and/or wind turbines. These can be built by you for around $200 US, and can be built so that if you move you can take them with you. Although all ways remember to confront your contract and/or land lord and owner before installing them.

Do you own your own property and figure there is nothing you can do? Then you are most defiantly wrong; you can plant trees, flowers, and vegetable gardens on your property. Now for More: I would like you to take a good look around the next time you are driving to work, home, shopping, and/or school. Look to see how much building is going on around were you live. Then take a good look at how many buildings are sitting empty and/or run down.

We as people of this planet need to start forcing our governments to start making these big corporations to renovate and/or tear down the old to make way for the new. This also needs to be done so that anything that can be recycled must be recycled. The governments of this world are allowing big corporations to leave the old sitting and build new. The more we strip this planet of land the less we have which is destroying our farm lands. The more any government allows good farm land to be destroyed the worse off this planet becomes, and the people that live on it.

So let’s all step up and start saving Mother Earth:

1). Put in Vegetable gardens- No matter how small or how big, a vegetable garden can help with your food bill as well as helping with the environment.

2). Plant Flowers- If not in the ground then in flower pots or flower boxes, this also can help with the environment.

3). Plant a Tree a Year- If not on your property on a friends or family members; we are depleting our natural resources every day so let’s start replacing them.

4). Harvest the Plants Natural Energy-
a. Build Solar Panels- These can be built for around $200 US and are easily built. By doing this you will be able to harvest the suns energy and slow down the use of fossil fuel.
b. Build a Wind Turbine- These can also be built for around $200 US and are easily built. By doing this you will be able to harvest the winds energy and slow down the use of fossil fuel.

(By building solar panels and/or wind turbines you not only help save the planet but you can lower or in most cases eliminate your power bill)

If we as people of this planet do not step up and start saving this planet. Then we will not have a planet to live on. We must think about tomorrow not today.

I hear a lot of people now a day’s saying solar panels are not worth the time or cost. Then if this is not true why is it that it is getting easier and cheaper to purchase and put solar panels up. Yes there was a time that it was not worth it, but as with everything that comes out on the market now a day’s sooner or later the price drops and it is made more public friendly. Then there are those people that say it is not worth it, but yet they are also the same people that are complaining on what the electric companies are charging. Thinking About the Cost

I think this is the best thing people can do with today economy. If you stop and think about it putting in your own power plant is like buy your car your purchasing your house. Yes! It is a big decision but you have to do it or you will never have what you want. So now you are here thinking about it but still not sure. So lets look at it this way. When you bought your car or house did you not go into that knowing that you would have to keep up with daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance. But now with your car you do all that and when you go to sell it are you going to get back out of it what you put into it. Your house is going to go up in value but not if you do not keep up with the maintenance, And your car can not pay you. But know put in your own power plant and there you have something.
